{"id":59664,"date":"2025-12-09T13:41:09","date_gmt":"2025-12-09T12:41:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.oncomed.cz\/?post_type=studies&#038;p=59664"},"modified":"2025-12-09T13:41:14","modified_gmt":"2025-12-09T12:41:14","slug":"we-attended-an-hr-conference-in-lyon-france","status":"publish","type":"studies","link":"https:\/\/www.oncomed.cz\/en\/blog\/we-attended-an-hr-conference-in-lyon-france\/","title":{"rendered":"We attended an HR conference in Lyon, France"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"text-small py-4\">\n  <div><p>From 1\u20134 December, we took part in another edition of the global HR conference, which this year was held in Lyon.<\/p>\n<p>The meeting took place in the modern premises of medac France \u2013 an ideal setting for several days full of inspiration and fresh insights.<\/p>\n<p>We focused on topics that will be key for HR in the coming year \u2013 from strategy and mobility to digital tools and performance management. There was plenty of sharing, discussion and exploration of new ways to further develop our work.<\/p>\n<p>A major benefit was also the opportunity to meet HR colleagues from across the entire group in person. Overall, we consider the conference a great success.<\/p>\n<p>And it wasn\u2019t just about work!
