We attended an HR conference in Lyon, France

From 1–4 December, we took part in another edition of the global HR conference, which this year was held in Lyon.

The meeting took place in the modern premises of medac France – an ideal setting for several days full of inspiration and fresh insights.

We focused on topics that will be key for HR in the coming year – from strategy and mobility to digital tools and performance management. There was plenty of sharing, discussion and exploration of new ways to further develop our work.

A major benefit was also the opportunity to meet HR colleagues from across the entire group in person. Overall, we consider the conference a great success.

And it wasn’t just about work! The programme also included a shared Ethiopian cooking experience and a guided tour of Lyon, giving us a chance to switch off for a while and soak up the city’s atmosphere.
