We have received the prestigious CDMO Leadership Awards Europe 2025

We have received the prestigious CDMO Leadership Awards Europe 2025 in the Small Molecule Dosage Form category. Only a handful of European companies made it among the award recipients – and we are proud to be one of them.

The award is based on an international survey conducted among biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies, who evaluate their partners – Contract Development and Manufacturing Organisations (CDMOs) – according to key criteria such as quality, reliability, communication, and flexibility.

Survey respondents are representatives with decision-making authority in selecting and managing CDMO partners. They evaluate only those companies they have worked with in the past 18 months, ensuring that the results reflect real project experience. To become a winner, a CDMO must reach a minimum number of qualified responses.

“I am proud that we have received this award. It is recognition that what we do, we do well. It shows that taking the path of a reliable and open supplier is the right one,” says Commercial Director Radek Fialka. “This approach allows us to stand out from large manufacturers and build long-term relationships with customers such as Merck, Boehringer, or Synthon.”

The survey is conducted by Outsourced Pharma and Life Science Connect in cooperation with the research agency Orientation Marketing. For the European edition, the data is filtered to include only CDMOs based in Europe. The awards ceremony took place alongside the CPHI Frankfurt trade fair, although it is not officially linked to it.
