We were at JobChallenge looking for new talents to join our team

We took part in the JobChallenge career fair, one of the largest job fairs for university students and graduates in Brno – and not only for them.

The event was held at kongresák.space at the Brno Exhibition Centre and this year attracted hundreds of young people searching for their first work experience, internships, or simply inspiration for their future careers.

At our booth, we presented oncomed as a modern pharmaceutical company where science, manufacturing, and innovation come together. Visitors were most curious about what exactly we produce, how our manufacturing process works, and what opportunities we offer for internships, trainee programs, and student jobs.

Students were eager to learn more about the company culture, typical job roles, and how to start a career in the pharmaceutical industry. Many appreciated that our production site is located right in Brno-Řečkovice, allowing them to imagine working in a meaningful field while staying in the region.

JobChallenge was a great opportunity to show who we are and to connect with a new generation just entering the job market.

The fair is organized by Brno universities in cooperation with the Jobch.cz platform, which operates year-round as a career hub for students and graduates.
